When can I expect to receive my order?
Customized Drapes Lead Time
Handling time: 7-9 days. Standard shipping: 4-28 days.
The shipping time provided on our website is a guide only and represents the time frame that 95% of orders are filled within. If you require drapes by a certain date, please contact us at eeasyblinds@gmail.com to confirm the time frame and order them in advance.
Once orders are shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow up with the carrier.
Fabric swatches are shipped by Carrier DHL eCommerce or USPS with a lead time of 2-6 days. Mailbox delivery, no signature required.

Can I indicate a certain carrier?
We select and decide carrier according to destination country, order package weight etc. We work with FedEx, S.F., DHL and UPS which are high reputation carriers to ensure smooth delivery. We own a direct carrier account to make sure shipping service is expected. We provide door-to-door service.
How much is the shipping fee?

How do I track my order?
Once the order is picked up by the carrier, our system will send you an email to advise the carrier and tracking number. You may visit the carrier’s official website to monitor your package. You are able to work with the carrier to make the appointment for delivery time.
Can I change my shipping address after pick-up?
No, changing the address is not supported. Please be sure to verify the shipping address before placing the order.
Do I need to pay some duties or VAT?
Yes, if they produce the duty and VAT. Any duties and VAT are on your side. The duties fees and VAT depend on the tax laws of your country’s customs.
Missing or Damaged Items:
In the rare event that your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact your local delivery service FIRST within 24 hours of receiving the order. Provide detailed information and photographs to facilitate the resolution process.
We will reship your order within two weeks. Please keep in mind:

- Do not discard any packaging, and ensure all products remain in their original condition. The shipping company may inspect the items in person.
- When contacted by the shipping company, please inform them that the packaging is damaged. If you report the packaging as intact, it will not be eligible for a claim.
- If no feedback is provided within 48 hours of receiving the product, we will assume that the product was received in good condition, and the logistics company may no longer accept claims.
